Document Against Payment (Documentary collection)
We support Document Against payment agreement, where the importer pays Switch after receiving an invoice from their supplier. We hold these funds until the supplier fulfils their obligations, such as sending shipping documents etc, before completing the payment to the supplier
Document Against Acceptance (Bill of Exchange)
We facilitate Document Against Acceptance by allowing the supplier to send a Bill of Exchange to the importer at the time the goods are shipped. This Bill of Exchange includes a written order from Switch to the importer, requiring them to agree to pay a specified amount on a specific date. When the payment is due, Switch collects the funds and credits the supplier.

Find and connect with global suppliers directly on your dashboard. Send purchase requests to exporters and choose the items/goods you need from manufacturers or wholesalers. You can filter based on Payment methods, delivery terms etc. Make contact with the exporter
Progress & Invoicing The exporter receives the request, contacts the importer, and then prepares invoices based on the payment methods, request details, delivery terms, and other relevant information.
Payment based on payment
Agreement
Payment is made to Switch based on the agreed terms (Document Against Payment or Bill of Exchange). We facilitate these processes as an intermediary using an international trading account.
Documentation &
Completion
Shipping documents are submitted through the Switch Dashboard to the importer, completing the transaction. Payment is then delivered to the supplier.
